When Can We Collect?
Collections are available Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00. Please ensure someone is on-site to hand the pallet to the driver.
With Premium, same-day collection may be available depending on your location and carrier capacity — book before the published cut-off time to see whether same-day pick-up is offered for your postcode.
We serve all UK postcodes, including major cities (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast) and rural or remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Cornwall and offshore locations. The booking flow displays accurate lead times for every UK postcode.
Pallet Preparation: A Step-by-Step Guide
Not sure how to prepare your pallet? We will help you get it right. Correct packing and labelling are essential to avoid damage, delays, or misrouting. Whether you are shipping for the first time or managing a national network, these basics apply:
Packaging
Use a sound UK or EUR pallet base. Place heavier items at the bottom, keep the load stable, and secure everything with multiple passes of shrink wrap and, where appropriate, ratchet straps. Good preparation keeps your freight stable from collection to delivery.

Labelling
Once your booking is complete, you will receive labels by email. Print and attach them securely to the side of the pallet so they remain visible.
Each label includes:
- Sender and recipient details
- Order and service reference
- Description of contents (where applicable)
Incorrect or missing labels are a common cause of delivery issues — please double-check before collection.
