Packaging
The safety of your shipment starts with good packing. The method depends on whether you're sending a parcel or a pallet, but the principles are the same — secure your freight properly. Learn more about how to package your items safely.
Labelling
Once your booking is complete, you'll receive your shipping labels by email. These must be printed and securely attached to the consignment.
Each label includes:
- Sender and recipient details
- Order and service reference
- Description of contents (if applicable)
Incorrect or missing labels are one of the most common causes of delivery issues — double-check them before handing the pallet to the driver.

Pallet Preparation
Packaging
The packing process very much depends on the type of consignment you are shipping: a parcel or a pallet. It is very important to understand that the safety of your freight largely depends on the way it has been packed and prepared. Learn more about how to package your items safely.
Labelling
Labelling is the process of attaching a label to your consignment. A label includes information like sender's and receiver's names and details, nature of the goods, the service booked, and the order number. After the booking has been processed, you will receive the labels by email. Please make sure you have attached the labels received from us on your consignment and any other documentation required based on the service you have selected.
Pallet size guide
For domestic shipments, when completing the booking you will be asked to choose the pallet size: Mini Quarter, Quarter, Half, Full Lite, Full, or Oversized. Depending on the weight and dimensions of your pallet, please select the suitable pallet type and proceed with the booking details. For imports and exports, you will be asked to manually input the dimensions and weight of your pallet, and you will be quoted based on the details provided.
