Yes, the road freight service can handle both pallets and parcels.
If you are shipping a consignment within the E.U, you won't need any special documentation. If you are shipping your consignment to a country outside of the E.U, then you will need a Commercial Invoice that outlines the commercial value of the goods and a description of what you are importing/exporting, also an EORI REFERENCE is required and the commodity codes of the goods should be mentioned on the invoice.

If you are shipping within the UK, the transit time depends on the service you are choosing: if you choose the Premium service, delivery will take place the next working day. If you are looking at an Economy service, transit time is between 2-3 working days. Please be advised that the transit time differs depending on the area you are shipping from/to. For exports, the transit time varies depending on the destination, and you can choose between Economy and Premium Services. For imports, please be advised that a minimum of 48h notice is required prior collection.
