Insurance claim

Your consignments are of utmost importance to us. If your package has been lost or damaged in transit and you'd like to make a claim, please complete the form below. Please be advised that you'd be required to make a claim within 72 hours of goods being delivered if you are claiming for damages to your items. For the total loss of your goods, you must claim using this facility within 7 days of the dispatch date. Pallet2Ship® will deal with the person who placed the order only.
