On 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has come into effect in the EU.

The aim of this legislation is to introduce new rules for how companies store and manage customer data.

Any personally identifiable data you submit to us is retained for the following purposes only:

  • Fulfilling our courier, air freight, sea freight or shop services.
  • Providing a record of your previous orders and transactions, which you can access at any time via your account.
  • Sending important updates, news and special offers via email, or requesting and collecting customer feedback in order to improve our website and services. You can change your Privacy & Communication Settings at any time from your account.

We also work to ensure that our systems and your data are secure.

Do you share my personal data with other companies ?

Pallet2Ship® is a freight forwarder. When you book a courier or freight service with us, we will share your full name, address and contact details with the carriers and agents involved in fulfilling your chosen service.

We do not allow other companies to use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.

Can I delete my personal data ?

You can now remove individual orders. This option is available in the order details page. This will permanently delete the collection and delivery addresses from our system.

Please also consult the Privacy Settings section in your account details page.

You can also deactivate your account by contacting our customer service team in writing, at One of our customer service representatives will reply at the earliest opportunity. Please be advised this action will permanently delete all orders and information you have entered into our website.

You will need to be the account owner with Full Access to perform these tasks. The availability of these options depends on the status of your account.

Your saved address book and payment options can also be managed via your account as before.
