A collection cut-off is the latest booking time for the estimated collection window shown. Complete the booking and any documents required for the selected service before that deadline.

“Earliest collection” refers to collection from the sender, not delivery to the receiver. A booking deadline is not an appointment time, and the estimated collection remains subject to service availability and the relevant working calendar.

Customs documents explained
The service tables use the following document abbreviations. Where a document is listed as required, complete it before the booking cut-off for your chosen service.
- CI — Commercial Invoice
- A document describing the goods, their value, the sender, receiver and reason for export. Where required, it supports customs clearance and must match the shipment details.
- IEC Authorisation
- The customs authorisation requested for certain TPN services to the Republic of Ireland. It gives the appointed representative permission to complete the relevant customs formalities.
- ACE Express Authorisation
- The authority form used by Ace Express Freight for applicable Pall-Ex shipments involving the Republic of Ireland. It permits the customs representative to complete the formalities covered by the form.
- POA — Power of Attorney
- A document authorising a customs representative to carry out specified customs formalities on behalf of the relevant party. The selected service determines whether it is needed.
Where more than one document is listed, provide each document requested for the service. An authorisation form does not replace the Commercial Invoice.
