• This service can be used by both business or residential customers.
• All heavyweight collections (consignments of over 70 kg and/or 120 cm in length) require a minimum of 24 hrs notice.
• Items over 50 kg must be palletised.
• This service can be used to ship both parcels and pallets. Due to this, we'll need accurate weights and dimensions at the time of booking. All parcels/pallets will be weighted and measured accurately and any discrepancies will be charged accordingly.
• Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
• You need a printer to use this service. Upon completing the booking please print the Consignment labels and if sending goods outside the EU, the Pro-Forma Invoice.
• Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment. Additional insurance cover is available.
