• This service can be used by business customers ONLY.
• Price includes UK Customs Clearance ONLY - up to 3 lines/tariff codes. Add £7.50 for each additional line/tariff. Please call for more information.
• Collections and deliveries are carried out in 18T lorries. Any special requirements (i.e use of smaller vehicles) will attract extra charges.
• A £60 + vat charge is applicable for collections/deliveries by tail lift vehicle, so please check whether you can load/off-load the goods using your own lifting facilities.
• Please ensure the collection point is attended between 8am - 6pm to assist the driver and avoid wasted journey charges.
• Items over 70kg actual weight must be palletised/crated or packed suitably for mechanical handling.
• £50 insurance cover included. You can upgrade the cover to ANY value during the booking process.
• If any of your pallets are over 800kg or over 220 cm in length you must provide your own loading/offloading facilities, 24/48 hours notice is also required for such collections.
• For deliveries outside the EU we require the customs documents from the sender prior to collection.
