- GOODS MUST BE PALLETISED.
- This service can be used by both business and residential customers in Great Britain.
- For the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland ONLY: This service can be used by business customers ONLY. Going to these destinations this service does NOT handle personal effects.
- Collections and deliveries are carried out in 7.5T or 18T lorries. Any special requirements (i.e use of smaller vans) will attract extra charges.
- You cannot send engines and/or gearboxes using this service. Please use alternative services.
- Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
- £50 insurance cover included. You can upgrade the cover to ANY value during the booking process. Please be advised there is a minimum excess of £150 in any claim settlement.
- If any of your pallets are over 750 kg or over 210 cm in length you must provide your own loading/offloading facilities.
