  • This service can be used by either business or residential customers.
  • This is a parcel service. DO NOT send pallets through this service. If palletised freight is sent using this parcel service an extra charge of a minimum £60.00 + vat on top of the pallet rate will apply.
  • Maximum weight 30 kg per parcel. Maximum length 170 cm. Any parcels which are heavier or longer will be returned to sender in which case a minimum £15.00 + vat charge will apply.
  • You cannot send liquids or anything else classed as liquid through this service.
  • Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • A Failed Collection Charge of £10.00 is applicable if you are unavailable to hand over the goods when DPD come to collect.
  • One free redelivery attempts. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the agent.
  • Maximum liability cover of £50.00 per consignment included. Please arrange for extra cover should the value of your goods exceed £50.00
  • Optional additional insurance cover is available on the next page.
  • Booking deadline for sameday collections is 11 am. Or book in advance.
  • Prices quoted are to mainland destinations ONLY. Additional delivery charges apply to off-shore deliveries. Please check in advance.
