• GOODS MUST BE PALLETISED.
• This is a B2B service. It can collect from commercial addresses ONLY, however it can also be used as a B2 Customer service IF the consignee is EORI registered. Restrictions may apply, please check in advance.
• Price includes UK Customs Clearance ONLY - up to 3 lines/tariff codes. Add £7.50 for each additional line/tariff. Please call for more information.
• 3-5 working days notice required on all imports.
• Please add 1-3 days transit time on imports.
• Collections and deliveries are carried out in 7.5T or 18T lorries. Any special requirements (i.e use of smaller vans) will attract extra charges.
• Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
• £50 insurance cover included. You can upgrade the cover to ANY value during the booking process.
• If any of your pallets are over 800kg or over 210 cm in length you must provide your own loading/offloading facilities.
