Collection date: *Depending on the postcode. For Rep. of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other remote areas add a minimum of 2 days for collections.

• This service can be used by both business and residential customers.
• Price includes Customs Clearance - UK export ONLY. The consignee pays for the import declaration.
• USA SHIPMENTS ONLY. For ALL the sea freight shipment entering the USA it is a mandatory customs requirement that an ISF 10 is logged with customs at destination prior to the goods departing the UK. The receiver can log this through their own broker. You can find a list of brokers by port here : https://www.cbp.gov/contact/find-broker-by-port . Please note that excessive fines can be applied by US customs if this is not logged.
• This is a groupage service, a DOOR-TO-PORT ONLY service. Depending on the destination we have weekly departures. Please check in advance.
• Collection from your premises is included in the price.
• Depending on destination and for deliveries to business addresses only, we can arrange delivery to door.
• Collections are carried out in 7.5T or 18T lorries. Any special requirements (i.e use of smaller vans) will attract extra charges.
• Collections can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
• The consignee is responsible for the payment of duty, taxes and local charges. They would also need to arrange the collection from the port and the Customs clearance. We can sometimes offer these services at cost, if you would need us to clear the goods and deliver them to door please request a quote in advance. We require the sender to fax or email all the necessary documents to us prior to collection.
• Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment. Additional insurance cover is available.
• This service requires a minimum 24 hrs notice on all UK collections; 48 hrs for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Please make sure the wooden pallets are heat treated/fumigated according to ISPM 15 regulations.
Failure to do so will attract extra charges and fines.
