- This service can be used by both business or residential customers.
- You need a printer to use this service. Upon completing the booking please print the Consignment labels and if sending goods outside the EU, the Pro-Forma Invoice.
- The service can handle palletised or non-palletised freight.
- A £15.00 + vat Remote Area Charge might apply for some destinations.
- Items over 35 kg must be suitably packaged for mechanical handling.
- Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
- Maximum admitted length 120 cm.
- One free redelivery attempt. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the carrier.
- Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment.
- Optional additional insurance cover is available on the next page.
