• This service can be used by both business or residential customers.
• These rates are for STACKABLE pallets/crates or packages. We also offer non-stackable services, please check all the available options.
• Collections and deliveries are carried out in 7.5T or 18T lorries. Any special requirements (i.e use of smaller vans) will attract extra charges.
• Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
• Items over 70kg actual weight must be palletised/crated or packed suitably for mechanical handling.
• One free redelivery attempts. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the carrier.
• Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment.
• Optional additional insurance cover is available on the next page.
• Prices quoted are to mainland destinations ONLY. Additional delivery charges apply to off-shore deliveries. Please check in advance.
• If your load is over 1000kg per item or over 240 cm in length you must provide your own loading/offloading facilities.
