- This service can be used by both business or residential customers.
- The service can handle palletised or non-palletised freight.
- Items over 31 kg must be suitable for mechanical handling.
- Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
- You need a printer to use this service. Upon completing the booking please print the Consignment labels and if sending goods outside the EU, the Pro-Forma Invoice.
- Maximum admitted length 240 cm; height 160 cm.
- One free redelivery attempts. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the carrier.
- Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment.
- Optional insurance cover available before checkout.
- Booking deadline for sameday collections is 12:00pm. Or book in advance.
- Items over 50 kg will require 24-48 hrs notice.
