- Import Duties & Taxes: FedEx delivers without collecting duty or tax upfront. The consignee must pay these charges upon delivery. If the consignee refuses or fails to pay, the booking customer will be liable for all such charges.

- Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- One free redelivery attempt. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the agent.
- £50 insurance cover included. You can upgrade the cover to ANY value during the booking process.
