- A Failed Collection Charge of £10 + vat is applicable if you are unavailable to hand over the goods when the driver comes to collect.
- Items over 35 kg must be suitably packaged for mechanical handling.
- Collections are handled by City Link (1 to 50 kg) and Night Freight or DHL Freight (over 50 kg) between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
- This is NOT a pallet service. If your items are palletised a minimum of £30.00 + vat collection charge will apply.
- Items over 50 kg require 24 hrs notice.
- We will use our international network to forward the shipments from our Heathrow depot on to their final destination and the tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the goods enter the international network.
- One free redelivery attempts. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the carrier.
- Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment.
- Optional additional insurance cover is available on the next page.
- Booking deadline for sameday collections is 11:30am (items of up to 50 kg). Or book in advance.
