This service can be used by both business or residential customers.
Items over 65 kg must be suitably packaged for mechanical handling. (i.e goods must be palletised)
All heavyweight collections (consignments of over 70 kg and/or 120 cm in length) require a minimum of 24 hrs notice.
£50 insurance cover included. You can upgrade the cover to ANY value during the booking process.
Collections can take place between 9am and 6pm. Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
