• This service can be used by both business or residential customers.
• Items over 65 kg must be suitably packaged for mechanical handling. (i.e goods must be palletised)
• All heavyweight collections (consignments of over 70 kg and/or 120 cm in length) require a minimum of 24 hrs notice.
• £50 insurance cover included. You can upgrade the cover to ANY value during the booking process.
• Collections can take place between 9am and 6pm. Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
