- Collections and deliveries can take place between 9:00am and 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Scottish collections/deliveries attract a £60.00 + vat surcharge.
- Two free redelivery attempts. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the agent.
- Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment.
- Optional additional insurance cover is available on the next page.
- Booking deadline for sameday collections is 12:00pm. Or book in advance.
- Collections can take place between 9am and 5:30pm. Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.

Therefore, if your consignment is not urgent but you require peace of mind, our suppliers will ensures safe and receipted delivery anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland, Scotland's Highlands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.
All our next day delivery services are available online through our Quote and Book system. We offer some of the most competitive next day courier rates in the UK and we continuously monitor our prices, in order to make sure we offer our customers the best possible deals. Yes, we know that comparing to some of the other online-based operators, ParceLLink has slightly higher tariffs on some of the overnight services; however, we consider this is a small price, worth paying, so we can keep a high level of customer services. If you ever need to contact ParceLLink for any reason whatsoever, we guarantee that you will always be able to speak to someone during office hours. With us, you will never be required to write endless emails before someone contacts you back. And Yes, you can track the movements of parcels booked on any of the overnight services, online on our website, however, should you need to make amendments or just want to know where you parcel is, don't hesitate, give us a ring and we'll be happy to help.
