• This service can be used by both business and residential customers.
• This is a groupage service. Depending on destination we offer daily or weekly departures. Please check in advance.
• Collections and deliveries are carried out in 7.5T or 18T lorries. Any special requirements (i.e use of smaller vans) will attract extra charges.
• Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
• Maximum admitted dimensions 120 x 100 x 200 cm (l x w x h).
• One free redelivery attempts. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the carrier.
• Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment.
• Optional additional insurance cover is available on the next page.
• This service requires a minimum 24 hrs notice on all UK collections; 48 hrs for Scotland.
• Prices quoted are to mainland destinations ONLY. Additional collection/delivery charges apply to off-shore or remote area collections/deliveries. Please check in advance.
