- This service can be used by business customers only.
- Import Duties & Taxes: FedEx delivers without collecting duty or tax upfront. The consignee must pay these charges upon delivery. If the consignee refuses or fails to pay, the booking customer will be liable for all such charges.
- We need accurate weights and dimensions at the time of booking. All pallets will be weighed and measured accurately and any discrepancies will be charged accordingly.
- An out of area charge (minimum £20.00 + vat) might apply for some destinations. Please check before sending.
- All heavyweight collections (consignments of over 65 kg and/or 120 cm in length) require a minimum of 24 hrs notice. Engines and gearboxes also require 24 hrs notice.
- Items over 65 kg must be palletised.
- Collections and deliveries are carried out using 18T vehicles or larger. Any special requirements i.e use of a 7.5T lorry or smaller van must be specified and may attract extra charges.
- Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please ensure that you or someone else is at the collection point between these hours.
- £50 insurance cover included. You can upgrade the cover to ANY value during the booking process.
