- This service can be used by both business or residential customers.

- Items over 120 cm in length AND/OR over 70 kg in weight are considered to be HEAVYWEIGHT and attract an extra £20.00 + vat charge.
- All heavyweight collections (consignments of over 70 kg and/or 120 cm in length) require a minimum of 24 hrs notice.
- Items over 35 kg must be suitably packaged for mechanical handling.
- Collections and deliveries can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Please make sure that you or somebody else is at the collection point between these hours.
- You need a printer to use this service. Upon completing the booking please print the Consignment labels and if sending goods outside the EU, the Pro-Forma Invoice.
- One free redelivery attempts. Redelivery can be arranged directly with the carrier.
- Free insurance up to £50.00 per consignment.
- Optional additional insurance cover is available on the next page.
- Booking deadline for sameday collections is 12:00pm. Or book in advance.
